AODI SERIES 2026 NEW PRODUCT

1. Substrate: E0 grade melamine environmentally friendly board, 

high-density fiberboard, high-quality green and environmentally friendly product, 

formaldehyde emission ≤0.050mg/L, density ≥700kg/m3, static bending 

strength ≥15.0Mpa, strong bending resistance.

2. Surface: Melamine resin protective film on the surface, 

with certain fireproof and protective functions, not easy to scratch, and not easy to fade.

3. Vacuum-formed film: Thermoplastic plastic film made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin as 

the main raw material through a specific process, non-toxic, odorless, pressure-resistant, 

scratch-resistant, beautiful and durable.

4. Edge banding: PUR edge banding, strong stability, invisible glue lines, strong adhesion, 

not easily cracked due to temperature changes, meets environmental protection standards, 

and helps maintain fresh and healthy indoor air.

5. Adhesive: High-quality domestic latex, strong adhesion, not easy to fall off, and strong 

sealing.

6. Hardware: High-quality hardware, anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment, surface static 

electricity.
